I understand what you’re going through because I was you. Many years ago, I was a full-time, work-from-home parent, balancing all of the responsibilities of homeschooling four young kids amongst the chaos of daily life, and was working full time running a business at the same time. The current situation we’ve found ourselves in with self-isolation, kids home and everyone out of their normal routine, reminds me a lot of those days. As I reflect back on that time of my life, I realize that the chaos and drama that often overwhelmed me during that time was not much different from the conflicts and challenges that I’ve been helping my clients navigate over the past 30 years in their workplaces. The foundation for many of the tools and strategies that I’ve been teaching to corporate teams for years are rooted in the same methods I learned during that remarkably intense time. Throughout the years, hundreds of people have told me that the tools that are so helpful to minimize drama and increase productivity in the workplace are often even more impactful at home. In this course, I am bringing more than 30 years of experience parenting (and now grandparenting!), business ownership, leading teams, designing learning experiences and coaching leaders together to offer you some of the most effective and life-changing tools I know of. Working and parenting have always been hard, but I believe we need these tools now, more than ever.
